Our mission with Operation CARE is to grow the peer support profession by promoting the inclusion of peer specialists throughout healthcare and community systems of acute responsive care in Colorado and the wider United States. 

We are proud to contract our industry-leading Peer Services to hospitals, community clinics, and other heathcare organizations to alleviate the administrative challenges of having their own Peer department. By contracting HardBeauty coaches, facilities can offer their patients with a wide variety of needs the support needed when it matters most with timely in-person or virtual care.
