Starting September 8th! Join Michelle and Kimberly as they explore the story of comedian and actor Russell Brand. Russell shares his story with addiction and his own personal journey through the 12 steps. Dive deep into reflection and understanding of your own journey. Please be prepared for some f-bombs and a little bit of vulgar healing. Meeting every Sunday on Zoom at 9:00 am. Due to the complexity and participant requests, this group has been extended until 10/27.

Tough as a Mother is a public awareness campaign working to humanize and destigmatize the struggle of substance misuse, while connecting pregnant and parenting moms to treatment and recovery supports in their communities.

Pen2Paper Writing Workshop is back! Join Savannah and Jean on Zoom for an 8-week dive into expression through writing. Get your thoughts, feelings and stories down on paper and discover yourself, your creativity and your recovery with guided prompts and exercises on the theme of The Eight Dimensions of Wellbeing. This group is not focused on writing technique or style. There are no rules, no grades and no pre-requisites. Here, we use pen and paper to get our thoughts and feelings out in whatever way feels natural and comfortable. All you need to bring with you is pen, paper, an open mind and permission to play, experiment and stretch yourself! Every Tuesday from 5:30-6:45 p.m. Starting September 3rd.
