Back to Basics is a "fast-track" through the 12 steps. Using the original AA book "Back to Basics", you will be led through the steps of AA in 5 weeks! Whether you are unfamiliar with the 12 steps or have gone through them multiple times, you will appreciate the simplicity of this program. (Books not provided.)

Join us to meet other moms like you, share your triumphs and challenges in both motherhood and recovery. Come weekly, or drop in as needed – we are here for you because you are one tough mother. Tougher Together is brought to you by Tough as a Mother and HardBeauty. Tough as a Mother is a public awareness campaign working to humanize and destigmatize the struggle of substance misuse, while connecting pregnant and parenting moms to treatment and recovery supports in their communities.

Unbroken is a safe space to come unravel, confront and heal from trauma and/or relational violence of any kind. This 12-week group deals with a different topic related to recovery from violence each week. All attendees are contacted prior to group starting by filling out the attached form.

Recovery Dharma is a Buddhist-based, peer-led and non-theistic approach to recovery. Meetings include meditations, literature and sharing on Buddhist principles and their application to recovery. This gentle practice is a “breath to movement” yoga flow that is designed to help you explore, grow and build confidence on your mat. The half hour sequence is the same each time. With repetition and consistency you will learn to embody mindfulness both in and out of your practice. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels of need. Through this practice we learn to let love be the guiding force; mind, body, spirit.

Join Amy for an hour of yoga. This group will focus on 30 minutes of standing poses, followed by 30 minutes of gentle stretches and breathing. Good for all skill sets.
