Slow Flow Thursday Morning

Virtual Event Virtual Event

This gentle practice is a “breath to movement” yoga flow that is designed to help you explore, grow and build confidence on your mat. The half hour sequence is the same each time. With repetition and consistency you will learn to embody mindfulness both in and out of your practice. Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels of need. Through this practice we learn to let love be the guiding force; mind, body, spirit.
